Our team have consulted on capital raises of over £650m, and we have brought together dynamic professionals covering all areas of industry focusing on capital raising, restructuring and corporate strategy. Leveraging the scale and breadth of our resources and global reach we can identify tactical opportunities for our clients in all aspects of their business, creating true long-term value.
Who We Are
We are a team of passionate specialists with experience in all areas of SME growth, working together to bring you to the next level of success . We have vast experience in raising capital, restructuring and corporate strategy, meaning that all areas of advice that are traditionally taken independently and without coordination are managed strategically and coherently by one team.
Our team includes those who have run their own companies, and those that have worked within and advised large multi-nationals, meaning we have experience on all sides and at all levels of the corporate world.
Grow & Achieve
SMEs account for 99.9% of the business population (5.9 million businesses). They account for three fifths of the employment and around half of turnover in the UK private sector. Total employment in SMEs was 16.6 million (60% of the total), whilst turnover was estimated at £2.2 trillion (52%).
These businesses are typically run by individuals and teams that are specialists in their field, and have honed their skills over many years.
However, given all of the above, this is the section of the market that struggle to attract institutional funding, and cannot access the funding of sophisticated investors due to being illiquid and too high risk. We are here to change that.
